A bird-like creature sculpted from paper maché

 

Arty came to life one day, after a magical sticky note accidentally got stuck to its face before its glue could fully dry. The sticky note usually has something different drawn on it every time. It uses the note to express itself.

When they fly, it sounds like paper fluttering in the wind

Voice is similar to a parakeet x pigeon mix

They can't "talk" but can mimic songs/some sounds

2 pom-poms & crayons as crest-like antennae, they can move around

 Messily decorated w/ strips of construction paper, ribbons, stickers, & crayons

 

Arthur is Sammi's childhood art project before it became sentient by her magical sticky note doodle. Arty sees her as their caretaker and friend.
